Toilet Repairs and Installations

We offer a full suite of toilet repairs and installation services for homeowners.

Custom Solutions

Charleston and Lowcountry homes put steady wear on toilets. Running toilets, wax-ring leaks under the base, older fill valves that fill slowly, and year-round humidity around the tank and supply line are the issues we see most in local bathrooms. Our licensed technicians (SC CLM.118214) diagnose the cause, repair what can be repaired, and replace fixtures when repair no longer makes sense.

Toilet Repair

We fix leaks from the tank, base or flapper by replacing worn parts like fill valves and wax rings. Running toilets get adjusted or repaired to stop wasting water. Clogs are cleared with plungers, snakes or augers, and we advise on how to avoid them. We also silence noisy flushes and secure loose toilets properly.

Toilet Installation

From standard to smart models, we handle full toilet installations including removal, setup and sealing. We help you choose the right toilet for your space and needs. For awkward layouts or tight spaces, we make sure everything fits and functions perfectly.

Prevention

We recommend yearly check-ups to spot slow leaks or worn seals before they cause problems. We inspect and maintain wax rings, flange seals and moving parts to keep your toilet running efficiently and avoid costly repairs.

Toilet Repair FAQs

Why is my toilet running or filling slowly?

A toilet that keeps running usually has a flapper or flush valve seal that no longer seats, or a fill valve that has worn out. Slow filling often points to an aging fill valve or a partly closed supply stop. We test the tank parts, replace what has failed, and adjust the water level so the tank stops cycling.

Should I repair or replace my toilet?

Most problems are repairs: flappers, fill valves, supply lines, flush handles, and wax rings. Replacement makes more sense when the tank or bowl is cracked, when the wax ring keeps leaking because the flange or floor beneath it has failed, or when parts for an older fixture are no longer available. We tell you which case you are in before any work starts.

When is a clog a toilet problem versus a drain-line problem?

If only the toilet backs up and clears with a plunger or auger, the blockage is usually in the bowl or trap. If other fixtures gurgle or back up at the same time, or the toilet keeps clogging after it is cleared, the problem is likely further down the branch or sewer line and needs drain cleaning rather than a toilet repair.
