Yes. PlumbX Inc. holds the South Carolina Mechanical Contractor’s License (#CLM.118214), and all plumbing, gas, and mechanical work is performed under that license. We’re also BBB accredited and certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

We’re based in North Charleston and serve the greater Charleston / Lowcountry area, including North Charleston, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Summerville. For established commercial clients, we also support facilities statewide and regionally.

TrenchX is PlumbX’s trenchless pipe lining and underground sewer repair division — same license, same team, same standards. We use the TrenchX name specifically for no-dig sewer work.

Yes. Every job, residential or commercial, is performed by a licensed and insured team.

Yes. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and we offer emergency service outside those hours for urgent issues like burst pipes or major leaks. Call (843) 405-8800.
Trenchless sewer repair fixes or replaces a damaged sewer line with minimal digging. Through our TrenchX division we use two proven methods: Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, which cures a new pipe inside the old one, and pipe bursting, which pulls a new pipe through the damaged one. Both approaches save time, protect your landscaping, and typically cost less than full excavation.
Yes. We provide medical gas piping services for hospitals and healthcare facilities, performed to the compliance standards those environments require.
Yes. We install, test, and maintain backflow prevention devices to keep your water supply protected and code-compliant.
Yes. We offer water quality testing and treatment, along with water filtration system installation, for homes and businesses.

Pricing, Discounts & Free Visit

Yes. Commercial clients receive 5% off their total bill for paying in full at completion of service instead of NET 30 terms. Veterans and homeowners 65 and older receive 5% off all residential plumbing services — just mention it when you book.
Newsletter subscribers get a free plumbing visit (a $99 value), valid for 30 days. For all other work, contact us and we’ll walk you through the cost before we start.
