PlumbX replaced an aging boiler system at TD Arena with dual Rinnai Commercial Hybrid Demand Duo water heaters, delivering 398,000 BTUs of reliable hot water to concession stands and laundry facilities across the arena — completed after hours to keep operations running.

Building on Phase 1, PlumbX returned to Glenn McConnell Residence Hall to reline the eastern hallway sewer main — completing 215+ linear feet of UV-cured CIPP lining, adapting in the field to unmapped infrastructure discovered during excavation, and delivering a fully documented system restoration backed by a 50-year service life.
