Terms: X Circle Annual Membership is required and is $300/yr. Click here for a full list of benefits Price is for a direct replacement of tall tank water heater (WH). If the plumbing system must be altered, additional charges may apply. Newly installed units must be installed to code. If your current system is not to code we are required to add additional parts to be compliant with regulations. Additional charges will apply if the WH is in an attic or other hard to access location. A disposal fee of $50 is added if you wish us to dispose the old WH. A deposit of $776 is required to hold your spot. Installation will take place in July 2026 unless all 80 units are sold out prior and we may begin sooner.
